The person behind it

Louise started her career as a teacher — and that background has shaped everything about how she works. The ability to listen properly, explain things clearly, and make the complicated feel manageable. Skills that turn out to be just as valuable in marketing as they are in a classroom.
After setting up her own businesses, she discovered she had a real talent for growing them — and for helping others do the same. Over the next 18 years, she built up hands-on marketing experience across a wide range of sectors: from food and drink to healthcare, retail to professional services. The kind of broad, practical knowledge that most agencies simply can't offer, because they tend to specialise in one area and charge a premium for it.
Equilibrium Media grew out of a straightforward observation: too many businesses were either paying over the odds for marketing support they didn't fully need, or going without because they assumed professional help was out of reach.
